At EXHALE COFFEE CO, we are committed to ensuring your coffee beans arrive fresh and at the peak of their flavor profile.
1. Order Processing and Roasting
  • Roast-to-Order: To ensure maximum freshness, our beans are roasted in small batches. Orders are typically processed and roasted within 2–3 business days.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after [Time, e.g., 12:00 PM] on Fridays or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday. 
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location, and they will be displayed at checkout. 
  • Standard Shipping: Expected delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee for faster delivery.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. 
3. Domestic and International Shipping
  • We currently ship FREE to all addresses within INDIA.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred. 
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been roasted and handed to our carrier partners, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours. 
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • Transit Damage: While we take great care in packaging, EXHALE COFFEE CO. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • Claims: If you receive a damaged order, please save all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. 
6. Returns and Shipping Responsibility
As per our Return Policy, coffee beans are perishable and subject to strict return criteria:
  • Return Period: Requests for returns must be made within 2 days of receipt.
  • Shipping Costs: If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the product back to us.
  • Address for Returns: Approved returns must be shipped to the address that will be provided upon approval.
