Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy will be effective from 1st January 2026.
We want you to be delighted with your coffee beans. However, please note the specific terms regarding returns:
To be eligible for a return, you must apply within 2 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, which must be completely untampered and in the same condition as when you received it. Upon the receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will decide whether the return is accepted. If accepted, please be aware that we do not issue refunds to the original payment method; instead, approved returns will receive store credit only. The customer is responsible for bearing all shipping costs associated with sending the product back to us.
